Same-Day Local Delivery
Orders placed by 2:00 PM CT Monday–Friday ship the same day from our warehouse in Richmond, TX. Local driver typically arrives within 2–4 hours.

EPA 608 Verification at Checkout
Per 40 CFR §82.154, refrigerant sales require proof of certification. At checkout you will be asked to provide:
- → EPA Section 608 certification number (Type I, II, III, or Universal) for stationary HVAC
- → EPA Section 609 certification for mobile automotive AC
- → Wholesaler resale status (if applicable)
We retain signed certification records for three years per federal requirements. Your certification is saved to your account for reuse.
DOT Hazmat Packaging
All refrigerant shipments are packaged and labeled per US DOT 49 CFR hazardous materials regulations:
- → DOT-39 disposable or DOT-4BW/4BA refillable cylinders, properly marked
- → Class 2.2 (non-flammable) or Class 2.1 (flammable) hazard labels for A2L products
- → Shipping papers and emergency response documentation in every shipment
- → UN-certified packaging, reinforced cartons, upright securement
Returns & Refunds
Returnable within 30 days for a refund minus original shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Factory seal must be intact. Contact us to initiate the return.
Cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons. Empty cylinders can be returned for recycling (DOT-39) or recertification (DOT-4BW/4BA).
Damaged or Defective Cylinders
Damaged, defective, or contaminated cylinders are replaced at no charge. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or (832) 520-4808 with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement and pickup.
